The following Terms and Conditions are part of your contract with the corresponding local Jade Tours company at the destination point. By accessing, browsing or making a reservation with Jade Tours through this website, applications or other means, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and agree to be legally bound by them. To the extent that the products and / or services are booked through your Travel Agent or another third party, you agree that these Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions. Please make sure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before reserving your products or services for transportation, excursions or other Jade Tours because making a reservation constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website or make any reservations with Jade Tours agents, through your Travel Agent or through third parties.

Accuracy of Information

The quoted prices are based on the fixed costs at the time of publication. Prices are valid at the time of the quote and are guaranteed until full payment is received. If these costs increase, Jade Tours reserves the right to increase the price of any of our products or services. All price increases may reflect the administrative costs incurred. Periodically, Jade Tours announces promotional offers or makes available electronic discount coupons, which may be limited to selected destinations and excursions. Products and Services

Jade Tours hires transfer operators, bus companies, tour operators and other independent providers (hereinafter referred to as the "service providers") to provide the services you book with Jade Tours. Jade Tours takes great care in choosing your service providers, but does not exercise control over them and, therefore, can not accept any liability for acts, omissions or negligence of service providers, their employees, agents or agents, subcontractors or unrelated third parties. Children and Babies

The ages for children and babies that are allowed on the excursions vary according to the nature of the excursion. Jade Tours recommends that you check our website, your Travel Agent or the Jade Tours Contact Center to determine the applicable ages and / or the respective fees for children and babies. Upon arrival, we can request a document proving the age of customers who have a reservation at a "child rate". If a child`s age does not comply with the Jade Tours policy, Jade Tours may apply the adult price to the child and request immediate payment for the difference between the child rate and the adult rate. Babies under two years old at the time of completing the trip will be transported by Jade Tours free of charge (one baby per adult), but even so they need a reservation to appear on the boarding list and thus can be assigned a seat. If your child needs a car seat, you must request it at the time of booking and, if available, Jade Tours may charge a fee for the seat. Jade Tours will accept any pregnant passenger on any Jade Tours transportation or excursion as long as the pregnancy does not present complications or a history of premature delivery. Excursions may apply restrictions to pregnant women. Please check with your Travel Agent or the Jade Tours Contact Center in advance.

Clients With Special Needs

Customers with special needs that require special services or assistance during the trip, including private transfers, should contact the Jade Tours Contact Center at the time of booking or at least 10 business days before departure. In order to ensure that you are properly assisted, we ask you to inform us about each and every one of the specific needs you may have. This will help us ensure proper travel coordination so you can fully enjoy your experience with Jade Tours. Please note that some or all of the requested services may incur additional costs. Payment and Credit Cards Policy

Jade Tours accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards and debit cards as forms of payment through Openpay and Paypal. Jade Tours or its affiliates, but not your travel agency, will be listed as the seller on your credit card statement. Your authorization to use your credit card number to pay for travel services provided by Jade Tours indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether or not you have signed the credit card forms. Therefore, by authorizing your Travel Agent or Jade Tours to use your credit card to pay for your Jade Tours travel services, you confirm that you will pay the total amount charged for those services to the card issuer, in accordance with your cardholder contract. When booking with Jade Tours, your credit card number, your billing information and all the information provided are subject to a verification process. Please verify the accuracy by providing all these details, otherwise, your credit card may be rejected and your reservation canceled with or without prior notice and without any liability on the part of Jade Tours. Whether or not the card holder is included in your reservation, Jade Tours may request additional information about you and the cardholder (including, without limitation, a third party credit card authorization form, copy of the front and back) of the credit card and two or more identity documents issued by a government) at any time after the reservation. Jade Tours can also request another form of payment for your reservation in case you can not provide the required information to the satisfaction of Jade Tours. When using a credit card, the reservation and prices are not guaranteed until the verification process is completed. Jade Tours can cancel any reservation if there is suspicion of fraud, theft or dishonesty. Processing banks can add charges and exchange rates to your payment. Jade Tours has no control over these charges. For purchases made with American Express, the amount will be charged in Mexican pesos (MXN) converted to your local currency. Proofing (Vouchers)

All reservations are subject to availability. Vouchers for all Jade Tours products and services will not be issued until Jade Tours has received its full and final payment. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive your voucher with additional information (for example, collection time) to the email address provided or a hard copy of your receipt if you are already at the destination. Contact us immediately if you do not receive your voucher within 24 hours of your reservation. Follow the instructions detailed on your voucher for confirmation and pick it up. The cardholder or the main traveler must sign the receipt before any transfer or tour of Jade Tours. The voucher is not valid until it is signed by the cardholder or the main traveler and until it is presented at the beginning of the transfer, excursion or activity together with valid identity documents and a photo indicating the name of the travelers included in a voucher.

Assistance Service

Jade Tours has selected with great care the providers that are used and presented on this website. Your local representatives of Jade Tours are located in most destinations to provide assistance and contact our suppliers in order to resolve any questions or problems that may arise during your stay. Any problems should be reported immediately to the provider or the Jade Tours representative so they can do everything possible to ensure a pleasant experience. Notice to Customers

Quality and living conditions with respect to public services, health services and the classification of services vary considerably from one country to another. In some countries, the uninterrupted supply of water and electricity, local health conditions, safety levels and standards for food and beverages may differ from those in the place where you live. In tropical climates, there are usually insects inside and outside the facilities. The illnesses or inconveniences resulting from the services provided or omitted in the destination are beyond the reasonable control of Jade Tours, therefore Jade Tours does not accept any responsibility for said illnesses or inconveniences. It is the responsibility of the client to respect the customs, rules and laws of the country he visits. If a customer`s behavior constitutes a threat to Jade Tours or to hotel employees or other customers, Jade Tours has the right to refuse service.

Tours, Excursions and Activities

Waiver, Exemption and Indemnity - Any transfer, excursion or activity that you choose to make at your holiday destination, as a result of your voluntary purchase of a transfer, excursion or activity inside or outside your hotel, either before your departure from the point of origin, on board, or at destination, may contain an inherent risk of personal injury, loss or damage to you and / or your personal belongings. You expressly accept to assume the total risk of any injury, loss or damage you may suffer during or arising from your participation in such transfer, excursion or activity, whatever its cause. Cancellation and Change Policy

If you cancel your Jade Tours transfer, activity or activity, the following cancellation policy will be applied: • 100% refund of the purchase price for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the date of transfer, excursion or activity. • 80% refund of the purchase price for cancellations made between 36 and 48 hours before the date of transfer, excursion or activity. • 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 36 hours before the date of transfer, excursion or activity. • The refund does not apply to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the date of transfer, excursion or activity or in case of no-show. Certain exceptions may apply if we have reached an agreement with you about specific conditions of service. Jade Tours reserves the right to request and charge administrative expenses for cancellations. This amount will not exceed 5% of the total purchase price of your reservation. Any change to your reservation is subject to availability and must be requested 24 hours before the date of transfer, excursion or scheduled activity. We strongly recommend that you buy travel insurance with coverage for unexpected situations that could result in you canceling any of your reservations.

Responsibility OF Jade Tours

In its name, Jade Tours coordinates suppliers to provide you with the services you have purchased. Jade Tours acts with due care in selecting these companies and pays special attention to their reputation and their reliability. However, Jade Tours does not control these providers and, therefore, we can not be responsible for their performance or omissions. Your contract with Jade Tours will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the destination of your reservation. Any claim or action that arises from or relates to the acts or omissions of Jade Tours, in a contractual or extracontractual manner, will be presented only in the courts the destination of your reservation and you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts. All claims related to acts or omissions of a provider will be made against said third party and will be filed only in the courts of the jurisdiction where the act or omission of said third party occurred and you accept the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts. The applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the act or omission of the third party occurred will apply to said claims.


If any term or condition or any segment of this document is considered invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect and, if possible, the party (s) deemed unenforceable.
